Since all web sites are unique each job is quoted on a site by site basis. However, we can give you a general idea of how much it will cost to develop, publish, promote and maintain typical web sites. Please complete the Info Form and we will respond as soon as possible with a detailed quote.
BASIC FEES:
Site Design and Programming: $75 per hour
Monthly site maintenance: $100 per month (for regular sites)
On-Site-Photography: $50 per hour, plus expenses and travel
Scanned Images: $10 each
Graphic Design, Redesign Logos, Touch-up Images: $50 per hour
Additional forms: $50 each
Password Protection of Pages: $50 each
Web Counter Programming: $30 for each page with counter
Domain Name Registration: we recommend going through 1&1 web hosting which
has the lowest prices; click 1&1 link below for more information. We
will be glad to complete applications with 1&1 on your behalf.
APPROXIMATE SITE RATES:
Simple Web Site -- $200
Includes 2 web pages, graphic headers, bullets, bars, nav index, up to 3 scanned images, plus one simple form for site visitors to fill in with data returned to your e-mail address.
Advanced Web Site -- $500 and up
Includes up to 5 web pages, graphic headers, bullets, bars, linked with dynamic nav buttons, text, image map, up to six scanned images, logo transfer to site, more complex form with java script to check form content.
Advanced Web Site with Virtual Tour -- $1,000 and
up
Includes all of above, plus up to 20 web pages of Virtual Tour scanned images, maps, directions, products, etc., plus thumbnail images on a virtual tour welcome page(s) for site visitors with slower modems.
All sites developed by PKWebSite Creations™ are promoted with the top ten search engines, downloaded to our server first for testing on different platforms with different web browsers, and are subject to your final approval prior to any pages being downloaded to your host site.
Training Services:
Often a large part of our service is not just to create a web site but to also train you and/or your employees to participate in the development and then be able to keep your web site up-to-date. We can train office staff, volunteers, or a small group, to maintain your site. Training fees vary by location, web site size, frequency of changes and up-dates, etc. Please include information about your training needs and desires in the Info Form.
Maintenance and Update Services:
We also offer maintenance and update services to all of our clients. The fees for these services vary tremendously from site to site because of the individual demands of each client. Churches often want weekly bulletins put into their site, thus there are weekly maintenance fees. Merchants like to have special offers and seasonal discounts featured in their site to attract return visitors. Maintenance fees are billed at our standard rate of $75 per hour, although some basic maintenance is included in the initial site development fees. We will regularly check the major search engines to be sure your site is still included in their index, and resubmit if it has been removed.
